IRONFACE - HE'S BACK Comic Book
I was the penciler, inker, colorist, letterer, and designer for IRONFACE #1 He's Back. This was a book that was written by Dan Paul when he was a kid in the 1980s. He used to write them by hand on notebook paper, and his mother kept them for decades. IRONFACE is a naïve and child-like interpretation of complex ideas conflated with caricatures of reality as he saw them in cheesy movies and television. It was over-the-top with violence, but there was still an innocence to it that greatly appealed to me. I had a blast working on it, and I hope they make more IRONFACE comics in the future.
